Allowing members to manage all of their accounts from one login has received overwhelmingly positive response. As with any change, an element of education is involved to share with members how they can view accounts on which their social security numbers are on, but this information sharing is painless.
The ease of managing all accounts and setting preferences by account (show me all detail for my primary account but only account balances for my kids’ accounts, for example) are capabilities that save members time and make managing their finances easier.
