New CUSO Focus: Member Loyalty

The Credit Union Journal has reported on the formation of a new CUSO focused on developing an industry-wide metric to gauge and measure credit union member loyalty. FORUM is excited to have Michelle Bloedorn, the CUSO’s executive director and former marketing executive at Baxter CU, and Diana Dykstra, CEO at San Francisco FCU, as speakers at this year’s Partnership Symposium.

The six founding credit unions of the Member Loyalty Group are Addison Avenue FCU, America First CU, Baxter CU, Boeing Employees CU, Educators CU and San Francisco FCU.

Kristi!!

Isn’t this exciting? I remember last year, after being “Shevlinated” Andy Janning asked me to make a final statement about NPS….. My passion was not only around the NPS, but having a STANDARD metric for member service (loyalty) that predicts growth.

Can you imagine if we all measured ROA with a different ruler? And yet credit unions do that when it comes to the REAL business we are in – serving the member. We measure it sporadically at best and there has not been – until now – a standard metric!

I can’t wait to see Ron attack this now!!

Oh, and Diana rocks. She has charts and graphs to back her up!!
